The team of four consultants advised ID & pay on their route-to-market strategy in this early stage of this product. The project entailed strategising markets to enter in the short term and monetising the business model. In the project’s ten weeks, the Graduate Consulting team worked closely with ID & pay at the ABN-AMRO office. The project for ID & pay, which is in the scaling stage within an established bank, was exciting in its dynamics and possibilities.
